Welcome to MESIS (Modern Education Software and Integrated System). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MESIS website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

- You must be authorized by your institution to access MESIS.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate.
- Unauthorized access, data extraction, or misuse of the system is strictly prohibited.
3. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, software, and data on MESIS are the property of MESIS Technologies.
- You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of MESIS without written consent.
5. Payment and Subscription
- If you are on a paid plan, fees must be paid on time to avoid service disruption.
- MESIS reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.

6. Data Privacy
- We follow strict data protection protocols.
- Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or with your consent.

7. Suspension and Termination

9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
